These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the OZONE website, customer portal, product catalogue, ordering services and related business services. By accessing the website, registering an account or placing an order through OZONE, you agree to these Terms.
1. About OZONE
OZONE General Trading FZC LLC is a wholesale trading business based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, supplying food, beverages, snacks, grocery products and other everyday consumer products to business customers. General enquiries: info@ozonetrd.com
2. Business customers and accounts
The OZONE customer portal is intended primarily for businesses purchasing for commercial use, resale, hospitality, retail, catering or other business purposes. Customers must provide accurate business and contact information. OZONE may request supporting documentation and may approve, maintain, suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary for commercial, security, compliance, payment, misuse or account-management purposes. Customers are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, restricting account access to authorised representatives and reporting suspected unauthorised access.
3. Product catalogue
OZONE makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pack information, images and availability accurate. Packaging, specifications, sizes, country of origin, branding and other details may change. Images are for identification and presentation and may differ from delivered packaging. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed to logged-in customers may be based on commercial terms assigned to that specific account. Different customers may receive different prices, discounts, quantity tiers or commercial arrangements. Applicable taxes, delivery charges or other agreed charges may be added under the relevant account terms. OZONE may update pricing when required.
5. Orders
Submitting an order is a request to purchase selected products. Orders are subject to product availability, customer pricing, account status, credit or payment conditions and acceptance by OZONE. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. OZONE may contact customers if quantities, availability, prices or fulfilment requirements need confirmation or adjustment.
6. Minimum quantities, payment and taxes
Some products are supplied only in specified cartons, cases, packs, minimum quantities or wholesale units. Payment terms depend on the approved commercial arrangement and may include advance payment, credit terms or another agreed arrangement. Applicable VAT or other taxes under UAE law will be charged at the legally applicable rate and shown on relevant documentation.
7. Delivery, inspection and returns
Delivery availability, location, schedule and charges depend on customer location, order size, product availability and agreed commercial terms. Customers must provide accurate delivery information and arrange for authorised receipt of goods. Delivery discrepancies, shortages, incorrect items or visible damage should be reported promptly with relevant order information and photographs where appropriate. Products may only be returned or credited when approved by OZONE or required by law. Eligibility may depend on product condition, shelf life, storage, product type, supplier restrictions and prompt notification. After delivery, customers are responsible for appropriate storage and handling.
8. Customer portal and acceptable use
The portal may provide product browsing, customer-specific pricing, ordering, order history, invoices, account information and support. OZONE may update or temporarily suspend features where necessary. Users must not gain unauthorised access, interfere with platform security, introduce malicious software, extract another customer's confidential information, impersonate others or use the platform unlawfully.
9. Intellectual property and confidentiality
The OZONE name, website design, portal interface, original text, graphics and other OZONE-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Customer-specific prices, discounts, quotations, credit conditions and other confidential commercial terms must not be misused or disclosed where supplied on a confidential basis.
10. Third-party services and availability
The website or portal may use or link to payment, hosting, analytics, communication or other third-party services, which may have their own terms and privacy policies. OZONE aims to maintain reliable digital access but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, security events or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability.
11. Liability and force majeure
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OZONE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to access, the website or portal. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. OZONE is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural events, government restrictions, transport or supply-chain disruption, labour disruption, utility failures or import restrictions.
12. Privacy, changes and governing law
Personal information is handled under the OZONE Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data-protection requirements. OZONE may update these Terms to reflect service, business-practice or legal changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to competent UAE courts or authorities unless otherwise agreed in writing.
